From there, AI analyzes your entity structure, employee locations, and industry to generate a tailored compliance checklist with specific legal citations, deadlines, and penalties.

As your company changes, the checklist updates automatically. Items are verified through your integrations and marked complete with evidence. No more guessing, no more Googling.

And what's next? We are working on creating agents that automatically take care of the compliance for you so that you no longer have to spend hours figuring out how to comply with these burdensome items.

The Company

Compliance Singularity is a product of MoMoMo LLC, based in San Francisco, California. It was started by a group of technology and compliance veterans with more than two decades of experience in serving startups on how to deal with the headaches of compliance.
